About Me

I grew up in Paradise, Montana, graduated from the University of Washington and spent the next 20 years Stage Managing for Opera Companies all over the United States.  In 2007  I moved home with my husband to help out with the farm. In 2025 we moved to Missoula into a lovely home. I continue to work in Paradise and have added a location in Missoula.

I have been practicing since October 2012. I am trained in Total Body Balancing, Visceral Manipulation , Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release and am a Reiki Master.

The words that come to mind when I think of my practice are:
