A workshop on Self-Reiki

I created this workshop to encourage you to grow your own self care practice.

In this class we will explore:

• several new self Reiki positions
• all the body systems
• chakra system
• personal goals and how to work with them in your self Reiki practice

You will take home inspirational affirmations for each chakra and a renewed sense of vitality.

Prerequisite: Reiki 1 from any teacher

Cost: $40 ($20 non-refundable deposit)

Time: 10am-1pm

What to bring:

       *yoga mat or blanket as some of the time you will lay down on the floor.

       *pillow

What to wear: comfortable clothes
